What the product does.

Indigo Workspace Pro 1.1.9 is an independent Dolibarr theme and authenticated staff workspace. It includes a login screen, enhanced navigation, form and table styling, local fonts and the service desk workspace.

Validated runtime baseline: 1.1.8 on Dolibarr 24.0.1 with PHP 8.4.19. The current 1.1.9 package passed source/package checks and retains the same default code after version normalization. The declared PHP minimum is 8.3, which has not been tested in this release. Test your own environment and additional modules before changing the production theme.

Workflow walkthroughs

Install the module

Use the native Dolibarr external-module deployment interface.

  1. Extract your Softwexa customer pack and locate module_sxindigo-1.1.9.zip in installer/.
  2. Sign in as a Dolibarr administrator. Open Home → Setup → Modules/Applications → Deploy external module.
  3. Upload the module ZIP itself; do not upload the outer customer pack.
  4. Activate the Indigo Workspace Pro module. Open Home → Setup → Display → Interface and select sxindigo.
  5. Reload the page and sign out once to verify the themed login screen.

Configure the workspace and brand

Use supported settings instead of editing core application files.

  1. Open the Indigo Workspace Pro module setup page. Set the workspace brand label, density and company-logo preference.
  2. Upload your company logo under the native Company/Organization logo settings.
  3. Enable the relevant native modules and grant staff access: Ticket module and ticket.read permission.
  4. Open the module workspace and test the records visible to a staff user.
  5. Use the native cards to create or update business records.

Update or switch back

Keep theme deployment separate from business data changes.

  1. Keep a recoverable copy of the current module files and your normal database/document backup before an update.
  2. Upload the matching replacement module ZIP, then reload and check the selected theme and module settings.
  3. To switch away, select the native Eldy theme under Display → Interface. Deactivate the theme module after checking any remaining workspace links.
  4. Keep business modules, records and documents in place. Do not delete business data when changing a visual theme.

Prepare a useful support request.

Send the product and module version, Dolibarr/PHP versions, the affected page, reproduction steps and an anonymized screenshot. Support availability and any response commitment are agreed separately.

  • Include the theme/module version and your environment versions.
  • State whether the problem also occurs with the native Eldy theme.
  • Describe the staff role and relevant module permissions.
  • Remove passwords, session tokens, personal identifiers and customer records from screenshots.

Your questions, answered.

The workspace is empty. What should I check?

Check that native Ticket module and ticket.read permission is available and the current staff user can read the relevant records. Project visibility, sales representative scope and assigned-ticket restrictions also apply.

The login design did not change. What should I check?

Confirm the theme is selected in Display → Interface, reload cached browser assets and test while signed out. Check whether a personal display preference overrides the system theme.

Do I need Node.js or a licence server on my Dolibarr server?

No build tool or remote licence server is required for the customer installation. Deploy the prepared module ZIP using Dolibarr administration.

Is this a public customer portal?

No. These are themes and internal staff workspaces. A public portal or public ticket-submission flow is a separate application scope.
