WexaStock Scope & Evaluation Guide

Review WexaStock: Inventory, serialized assets, custody, reservations, transfers, counts and replenishment planning. Confirm the current evaluation boundary, tasks and remaining delivery requirements.

Scope and versionCurrent locally verified UI scope, reviewed 16 October 2026. Earlier V4 evidence does not qualify a new release; source delivery and customer acceptance remain separate.

What the product does.

WexaStock manages serialized assets, returnable equipment, consumables, spare parts and stock movements. Company, site and warehouse scopes keep operational access explicit.

The current local UI scope passed. A new source package, fresh extraction and public promotion remain pending.

Product capabilities

Track assets, consumables and movements

Organize serialized assets, returnable equipment, consumables and spare parts. Review reservations, transfers, custody, counts and replenishment within the selected company, site and warehouse.

  • Inventory, serialized assets and custody
  • Reservations, transfers and stock counts
  • Replenishment planning

Evaluate permissions and connection editors

English is the default and Turkish is supported. The current UI scope has local checks, including scoped HTTP/native integration editors. A displayed profile or masked credential field is not evidence of a successful vendor connection.

  • Company, site and warehouse permissions
  • English and Turkish interface
  • Integration configuration reviewed separately

Evaluate the relevant tasks.

  1. Choose sample items, locations and authorized roles.

Your questions, answered.

Is the latest UI a newly qualified customer package?

No. Current local UI verification and final source delivery are distinct; the new ZIP and fresh extraction remain pending.

Does configuring an ERP profile connect our stock?

No. The customer vendor connection, permissions and stock ownership must be tested and accepted separately.
