Factory software, machines and business systems.
Softwexa connects industrial software with machines, custom hardware and business systems. We work on factory workflows where production data, devices and operational decisions need to move together.
Make production events useful
A machine signal becomes operational information when it has the right context: the job, product, batch, station and time. We design factory software around how that context is captured and used, from operator workflows to traceability and integration with business applications.
- Factory and operator applications
- Production data and traceability
- Machine and sensor integration
- Connections to ERP and inventory workflows
Engineer the software and hardware boundary
Industrial projects need explicit interfaces between software, controllers, sensors and mechanisms. We assess the existing equipment, communication protocols and environment. Custom hardware or mechanisms are developed within an agreed engineering scope, with responsibilities for installation, commissioning and site acceptance made clear.
Validate the process in the operating environment
A laboratory demonstration does not establish that a factory workflow works on site. We define device behaviour, connectivity, data accuracy and operator acceptance criteria. Production changes are planned with the people responsible for the equipment and the operation, and release or commissioning decisions follow that process.
Your questions, answered.
How is shop-floor data connected to ERP?
We assess the available equipment interfaces and map production events to agreed jobs, products, batches and stock references. Data ownership, transfer frequency, exceptions and on-site acceptance are defined before enabling the connection.
Do you provide factory software and custom hardware?
Yes. Software, hardware and machine integration can form a combined project. The equipment, site requirements and responsibilities are scoped before delivery.
Can production data connect to ERP?
Yes. We assess identifiers, data ownership, transfer frequency and exception handling before designing the integration.
How is an industrial project accepted?
Acceptance criteria are agreed for the operational process, software, devices and site conditions. A demonstration alone does not replace commissioning or site acceptance.
