The operational problem
Transport work crosses the boundary between an office and a moving vehicle. An order needs to be assigned, a driver needs the relevant information and the operation needs a record of the delivery. LoadSmart brings those responsibilities into a connected product scope.

The project combines fleet and transport records with driver mobile workflows, GPS-related information and waybill processes. The important engineering boundary is the connection between dispatch and field activity. Location behaviour, device connectivity and the information exchanged with business systems are part of an agreed operational setup.
