Lists come from the encrypted local index. Background sync updates headers and read flags; IDLE tells the service when a mailbox changes. The browser does not repeatedly reload every mailbox.
Initial setup needs a first sync. The index retains the latest 2,000 headers per folder; bodies and attachments stay on demand. Last-sync and connection states remain visible.

- One administrator. English by default, with Turkish language support. Mail hosting, multi-tenant SaaS, antivirus and other-provider certification are not included.

you are getting.
Is the demo connected to real mailboxes?
No. It uses synthetic messages in your browser. You can explore the interface and compose a local draft; it does not send mail, create accounts or expose our private admin panel.
Is this email hosting or a SaaS subscription?
It is a self-hosted mail client delivered as source code. You provide your server and mail service. Provider and infrastructure charges remain separate.
What is in the delivery?
The editable source ZIP, installation wizard, Linux configuration renderer, tests, hash manifest, encrypted maintenance tools, installation and upgrade documentation, and licence notices. Customer credentials are never included.
Can I resell, share or give away the code?
No. The 200 € source licence is personal to the named buyer for one internal project. Resale, transfer, sublicensing, public code sharing and paid or free redistribution of original or modified code are prohibited, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Necessary private installation, development, test and backup copies for that project are allowed. Copyright remains with its rights holders.
For infringement, the rights holder reserves available removal, cessation, court-relief, damages and complaint rights under applicable law. The full licence and named-buyer order terms are supplied before purchase.
Does installation require a licence key?
Yes. Your private delivery contains a personal activation key for one installation and its public origin. The delivered version has a perpetual source-use licence with no recurring licence fee. Installation and periodic signed checks require outbound HTTPS to license.softwexa.com. A temporary outage can use the last validated check for up to eight days; contact Softwexa before moving the installation.
Are setup, support and updates included?
Installation work, support scope and update commitments are confirmed with your order. The package includes the code and operating guides; no lifetime-support promise is implied.
What limits should I plan for?
The default budget is 64 background INBOX watchers. The combined domain view shows up to 100 recent messages across 30 mailboxes. The encrypted index holds up to 2,000 headers per folder. See the guide for storage and operational limits.
