Demo and proposal
For KafeOS, tell us which ordering, loyalty or staff workflow you want to see. For a project, we review your needs and ask for missing details. The proposal records deliverables, exclusions, price, schedule and acceptance criteria. Product demos are free; licences, consulting and custom engineering are quoted separately.
Development and handover
We develop the approved scope and review progress with you at agreed stages. Release, data migration, source-code handover and support responsibilities are agreed in the proposal. Delivery is assessed against the written acceptance criteria.
