SoftWexa provides custom software development services including: - Web application development - Mobile application development - API and backend development - DevOps and cloud infrastructure services - Technical consulting and support All services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual project agreements.
As a client, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements - Respond to communications in a timely manner - Provide necessary access and resources for project completion - Pay invoices according to agreed terms - Respect intellectual property rights
You may not use our services for: - Any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities - Violating any laws or regulations - Infringing upon intellectual property rights - Transmitting malicious code or harmful content - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Any activity that could damage our reputation
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally: - Project deposits are required before work begins - Milestone payments are due upon delivery of agreed deliverables - Final payment is due upon project completion - Late payments may incur additional fees - All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in the project contract. Upon termination: - Client is responsible for payment of all work completed - All delivered work product becomes client property upon full payment - Confidential information must be returned or destroyed - Certain provisions survive termination as specified in the agreement
