Sign-in details and a private session cookie connect you to your shared support conversations, projects, documents, assigned products and service records. Access is checked again when you retrieve a record or download a file.
Your operator’s terms
The deployable software does not supply an operator-specific legal notice. The operator must provide its identity, lawful basis, retention periods and rights contact in its customer handover before enabling registration. Ask account support for the applicable notice.
